The Definitive team is headed up by Olympic Silver medallist Jamie Baulch, who retired from athletics in 2005 after a successful career spanning 15 years. Jamie brings a wealth of knowledge and experience as a former athlete and contacts from the world of business and the media.

Mel Halling, PR and Client Services Manager, is dedicated to providing PR, marketing and sponsorship for our clients as well as overseeing the support provided by the legal advisers at Dolmans. Having been a part of Dolmans since 1993 Mel has a wealth of client care experience to bring to the Definitive team as well as being able to conduct communication with sponsors and other agencies.

The team are dedicated to achieving the best results for their clients, always putting individuals first and adhering to the highest standards set by the lawyers supporting the team.
