Dai Greene and David Weir set for London Grand Prix

European Champion Dai Greene will be racing for the first time since his victory in Barcelona, at the Aviva London Grand Prix on Friday 13 August. The most prestigious athletics event in the world, is held at Crystal Palace and Dai will be racing in the 400m Hurdles aiming to break his new PB. The line up includes American Bershawn Jackson, who has run the fastest time in the world this year (47.32) and Felix Sanchez, former World and Olympic Champion.David Weir will be racing in the T54 1500m on Friday night, and looking to get revenge on Marcel Hug who beat him narrowly in Switzerland earlier this season, to break his World Records over 1500m and 5,000m.
Crystal Palace is David's home track, he lives just a few miles away in Wallington, Surrey. Following the London Grand Prix, David will be preparing to race next week at the Diamond League in Zurich, to round off his track season.
