Definitive Clients speaking at Fit for Women 2011

Tasha Danvers and Louise Hazel deliver keynote speeches. 28 March 2011

As two fantastic role models for women’s sport, Tasha Danvers, Olympic Bronze medallist and Louise Hazel, Commonwealth Games Champion are delivering the closing speech at the Women’s Sport and Fitness Foundation (WSSF) events this week.

Fit for Women, is a one day event with expert insight, inspirational case studies and advice for sports deliverers working to reach and engage women and girls. As guest speaker, Louise Hazel will be delivering the closing address at the East Midlands Conference Centre in Nottingham.

Tasha Danvers will be telling her inspirational story at the WSSF event taking place at Gloucester Rugby Club. They will both talk about the challenges they have faced in pursuing sporting excellence, overcoming setbacks and injury.

The charity WSSF campaigns to make physical activity an everyday part of life for women and girls. The keynote speeches will round off the day following workshops on ‘how women want to be coached’, ‘sustaining participation in teenage girls’, ‘getting the product right’ and ‘promoting your offer’.
